Very reliable, lovely staff, great help via the phone if needed, I can't say anything negative about Together We Care. My mum is 91, she feels very comfortable with her choice in her care provider.

Together We Care and its staff are very friendly and accommodating. The CEO Jay and his sidekick Rod are the best, regardless of confusions at the initial stage. Mum loves the personal support workers Wendy, Maria and Kevin, and her social support worker Maya, and the allied health workers (physio Supriya, and the podiatrist David)/ My family and I are happy that my 95 year old bed-ridden Mum (sustained a fall at a residential aged care beforehand) is now walking. Together We Care has patiently shown us the intricacies of using her MyAged Care grant, level 4. I am glad that there is a better alternative to residential aged care where, in Mum's experience, there is not much attention given to residents due to staff shortage. The personal support and social support workers from Together We Care have also improved the life of my sister who came from overseas to look after her (all other family members are working). My sister can get out with Mum, have coffee and lunch elsewhere, and do their shopping. Highly recommended.
